Today we're getting motivated with Meditation. What's with this meditation stuff anyway? So, what does meditation do anyway? The list is long and impressive.
1. Meditation saves time. More than that, it creates time.
2. Meditation helps me do things right the first time.
3. Meditation helps me be at peace.
4. Meditation helps me to NOT be angry when things go awry.
5. Meditation helps me live in "zen" all day.
6. Meditation has healed my back when I needed surgery.
7. Meditation has fixed my blood pressure when I was on medication.
8. Meditation has done 100 things that range from easy to believe to incredible.
Just know that there is no wrong way to meditate. Once you start you'll find that fatigue goes down, desire to do stuff goes up, your joy of life goes up and the power you have to create goes up.
The steps are simple. But, you do need to start. Remember, the benefits are cumulative and powerful.
