605 Obligation & Overwhelm - Can you really get rid of it? Can you live in Zen, peace, harmony and happiness? YES you can!
If you're like me, there's been many times when I felt like I had so many obligations I couldn't, couldn't get out from under the so many things going on. I felt completely buried. I'm sure that you've either felt this way or feel this way.
Here's one way to look at it... how many of those obligations are actually part of your purpose? If you've followed some of the earlier episodes, I created something I call a PTAC, a personal truth and commitment statement, or, some call it an "I AM statement." or a declaration of being - where you decide who you are, and how you show up in the world. Ask yourself this... Are your obligations consistent with that? If they're not, look at it as an opportunity for growth and change. It's an opportunity to create your life the way you want to.

#2. What are your commitments? What can and will you commit to? Will you fulfill your commitments? You have a choice.
