What is pain?
There is physical pain. I woke up this morning with a bad headache. That presented me with a great opportunity and a wonderful story
There is emotional pain. That can come from a variety of places. What do we do with that pain and how can we handle it?
there is Spiritual pain. That can be tricky and deep. It is under our control, but it often goes unnoticed and unhandled.
Pain will keep you from living Your Ultimate Life.
Pain can school you or ruin you.
It has done both for me. Today it is my teacher and loving mentor. It used to be my monster and assassin.
End the domination of pain in your life.
