One of the biggest challenges many of my clients face is the lack of knowledge regarding how to get stuff done when you're depressed. I was diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder in 2015. I knew something wasn't right, I just didn't feel good - I didn't want to get out of bed, I felt hopeless. Maybe you either feel like this or have felt like this. I still have days like this. Depression is never CURED, but, it is manageable.
