Getting motivated with my best morning routine ever. You know the importance of one, so, here's what I do. I have a simple acronym. S.P.E.M.
S stands for spiritual. P stands for physical. E stands for emotional. M. stands for mental. Check out the video for the details.
No excuses. A morning is easy to create. Start small with one or 2 things that you commit to do each and every day. Start with a simple meditation, then maybe some type of physical activity - stretching, running in place, whatever.
The point is to do this every single day without fail.
