Every person trying to make a difference has moments of crisis. There are always times when you think you don't matter, are too late, too little, too young, too old, etc.
This ALWAYS comes from the thoughts we think about what OTHERS will think of us, our work, or our effort.
This keeps us from shining our light and being who we really are. In addition, those with depression have this at a much deeper level, where we swim in the lake of not good enough.
Where we believe in our DNA that somehow we are inadequate.
This song is to love those who struggle.
Anthem of Sorrow.

Though this song is sung in sadness, it is to connect with those who are in pain, and who believe they will never be ok.
there is always a way forward.
Hold on, trust on, and take even 1% more control of your heart and your destiny.
Love to you,
Kellan
