Speaker ASubscribe, share, create.
Speaker AYou have infinite power.
Speaker AHello.
Speaker AWelcome to this episode of your ultimate life, the podcast dedicated exclusively to helping you create a life of purpose, prosperity, and joy by serving with the gifts that you have and your life experience.
Speaker AI'm grateful today to have a special guest, Sam Kukothas, to join me, and we've been chatting just a little bit beforehand, and I can't wait.
Speaker ASo, Sam, welcome to the show.
Speaker BThank you so much, Kellen.
Speaker BIt's a pleasure to be here.
Speaker ASo one of the things that I love to ask to start with is kind of an interesting question, and that is, without being trying to be modest, some people feel like it's a little bit of a loaded question.
Speaker ABut I want you to tell the audience, how is it that Sam adds good to the world?
Speaker BSure.
Speaker BSo I've developed a technology called neuroresonance optimization, which is essentially able to transmute any challenge of the human condition.
Speaker BAnd what that means is if someone's got a particular fear, we can go back to the source of where the fear is, not just in their own timeline, but also generationally clear it and have them harmonize so that they can operate from a different frequency.
Speaker BAnd that means.
Speaker BSo if someone's experienced anxiety, we can go back to the source of where the anxiety comes from, and then they could step into a level of confidence which wasn't there because of the anxiety.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BIf you have something where you want to create the most audacious vision.
Speaker BSo the other day, someone saying, okay, I want to create this vision which is going to impact a billion people, and then it's like, all right, well, what's in the way of that actually being fulfilled?
Speaker BAnd we look at all of the different recurring thoughts, fears, concerns which show up which are blocking that, as well as anything which is beyond one's own timeline.
Speaker BWe clear it using sound frequencies through my voice, and then from there, we activate an experience where they can experience that vision already being fulfilled, that we walk backwards into its creation in terms of what are the next steps.
Speaker BSo we can use it both in a macro way.
Speaker BWe can also use it in a micro way for the incremental steps along the way if someone is trying to actually build out the systems for creating what it is they want.
Speaker ASo that was a lot of very dense stuff.
Speaker AI'm a sound engineer.
Speaker AAnd I've owned a recording studio for 40 years and I have 90 something songs in commercial release and blah blah, blah.
Speaker AAnd you don't know that.
Speaker AAnd the audience, he didn't know that.
Speaker ABut when you talk about resonance and sound and harmonizing, it's really interesting because in the realm of music there are certain harmonics that belong to every frequency.
Speaker AAnd since we all now have finally learned in physics that everything's energy, the idea of harmonizing resonance and getting rid of essentially dissonance, which is things that block, you know, the propagation of frequency is, is not only woo woo speak, which it is, we all know that, but it's also grounded in the physics of sound, light and all of the frequencies.
Speaker ASo let's take that apart a little bit.
Speaker AWhen you.
Speaker ASo there's a.
Speaker AThere's a conceptual framework that you've laid down and then there's a method which is something about your voice.
Speaker AAnd so conceptually the idea is I'm going to say something and then I want you to correct it or adjust it or.
Speaker AOkay, so I have a vision.
Speaker AAnd my vision is this year, which started in October, I'm going to reach 300 million people with a message and give them some methods and help them with mastery, which turns in the real world into products and services and some kind of coaching if they want to use that.
Speaker ABut the message is really about their own capability to create and you're facilitating that too.
Speaker ASo when you think of.
Speaker AIn your, I won't say modality, I guess is the word your modality?
Speaker AYeah, your modality of that.
Speaker AWhen you think of some kind of a barrier or obstacle that would be in the way of me or anyone else creating that.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AWhat does that look like?
Speaker AHow do you identify some dissonance or frequency that's getting in the way?
Speaker BFor sure.
Speaker BSo I actually ask them.
Speaker BSo what happens is I get them to write out a statement of the vision and I get them to write out whatever recurring thoughts, whatever different concerns.
Speaker BIf there are fears, I know fear is probably not something for you, but if there are other kinds of concerns which might show up, then that's what I get them to write out.
Speaker BAnd then I utilize that to.
Speaker BTo be able to key into wherein their energetic system is this misaligned.
Speaker BIf there is a misalignment, and there might not be.
Speaker BRight, like with yourself, there might not be a misalignment, there might already be that everything is perfect and we can just continue to activate the state which you're in so you can get there faster or you can actually experience doing so with more effortless flow.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker AI want to jump on that just for a second.
Speaker ASo that's really good, because sometimes you or I, we might ask somebody, you know, what's in the way of your vision?
Speaker AAnd they're like, well, nothing.
Speaker AI.
Speaker AAnd so what you're saying is, gee, what about amplifying?
Speaker AWhat about, you know, increasing the resonance or the amplitude of the frequency?
Speaker ANow, why are we talking frequency?
Speaker ATell me, tell the audience.
Speaker AWhy are we babbling about frequency here?
Speaker BI think very simply, everything has a frequency.
Speaker BAnd, you know, we wear a skin suit and which we.
Speaker BWhich we experience as our bodies and our vessels, and then that makes up who we are.
Speaker BBut, you know, from an energetic standpoint, there's something well beyond that.
Speaker BAnd in the same way that there are people and there are ideas which you resonate with, there's similar things happening within yourselves where there are things which are resonating and there are things which are not.
Speaker BAnd when they don't resonate, that can lead to things like illness, it can lead to stress, to tension, it can lead to physical pain, it can lead to challenges around mental health, it can lead to fears and different other concerns, and it can lead to an internal dialogue which is inconsistent with who you truly are.
Speaker ASo I love that.
Speaker AAnd when you say resonant, I want everybody listening to think about something you've heard, and you hear it and you just have this thing and you want.
Speaker AYeah, that thing, that idea, that person.
Speaker AAnd another time when you've heard a thing and you're like, oh, no way.
Speaker AIs that what you're talking about?
Speaker B100%.
Speaker B100%, yeah.
Speaker BSpot on.
Speaker ASo what would you say to somebody who would say, yeah, but life is just like it is, and crap happens all around me, and I can't help it?
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BWell, the first thing I'd be wanting to hear is, where did you come up with that idea that you can't help it?
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BWhere did you feel like you were helpless for the first time?
Speaker AWhat do you do with that?
Speaker ASo if I recite, if somebody, you know, talks to you about a childhood experience or a time when they were abused as a kid or suffered a lot of physical punishment or pain or sexual abuse or something that they were powerless to do, and they.
Speaker AThey dig that up and say it difficult with whatever difficulty it is, but they vomited on the table, then what?
Speaker BYeah, and that happens a lot, just to be clear.
Speaker BSo what I'd invite them to do is I'd get them to close their eyes.
Speaker BBecause I want them to get out of the cognitive mind and I want them to really presence where they feel that in their body.
Speaker BBecause the more they can locate where they feel in the body, the more they're going to start to connect with what's actually there rather than what's suppressed, right?
Speaker BBecause all these different parts of us, they want to be welcomed, all these different emotions, they want to be welcome.
Speaker BBut we've generally been taught to push them away or not into, not to feel them.
Speaker BAnd this is the opposite.
Speaker BThis is actually feel everything which is uncomfortable because on the other side is something so magnificent you don't even realize what you're missing out on.
Speaker BEven no matter what challenge you've dealt with, no matter how, you know, horrific the level of sexual abuse, if sexual abuse is the challenge that you've gone through.
Speaker BAnd I've worked with countless people where that's been what they've dealt with, right?
Speaker BSo I'm familiar with that kind of situation.
Speaker BBut I'm also able to hold the space for them, a sacred space for there's a safety for them to go through that without them being terrified or retraumatizing them, right?
Speaker BAnd then what I'm going to ask them are questions around what are the emotions that they're experiencing when they connect with the energy in the embody?
Speaker BAnd what's the intensity of what they're feeling, you know, on a number scale, on a scale of 0 to 10?
Speaker BBecause that will give me some sense of both, how connected they are to it, both what is the emotion?
Speaker BSo if I know the emotion is grief or sadness, then I'll bring through a sequence of sounds which will match onto that emotion.
Speaker BAnd the idea here is I'm seeking to have that emotion be fully experienced.
Speaker BAnd by being fully experienced, it tends to dissolve.
Speaker BAnd then what opens up is essentially more intelligence within the cellular system.
Speaker BAnd what that can look like is it can feel lighter, more spacious.
Speaker BYou might be able to breathe more deeply.
Speaker BYou might feel like your body starts to relax.
Speaker BYou might feel like your voice starts to change and there's a deeper resonance in the way that you speak.
Speaker BAnd then what I'll do is to amplify that state.
Speaker BAnd the way I do it is to amplify it with what I call a frequency of love.
Speaker BAnd basically what I'm inviting them to do is to experience whatever it is that that version of self didn't get to hear, right?
Speaker BAnd to really pour that love into them in the spaces where something is opening up.
Speaker BSo Rather than focus on it, the more of the tension, we want to focus on more of the light.
Speaker BBecause the more we focus on that, the more the tension starts to dissolve on its own.
Speaker BAnd so I'll keep working with them to go through these spaces, to dissolve whatever is there and to just keep allowing more of this light to open up so more of their own wisdom, more of their own intelligence can come through and they can get to a space either healing, clearing, or creating what they want.
Speaker ASo I love that and some key pieces is the perhaps counterintuitive but powerful idea that the things that you have held on to because of these difficulties are there.
Speaker AAnd to dissolve them, you don't fight with them, beat them up, push them away, or anything else.
Speaker AFully experiencing them, which is what you've described, allows them to go away, dissolve.
Speaker AAnd when they dissolve, it leaves a space.
Speaker AAnd then the focus is what goodness, light and joy can we bring into that space to create peace?
Speaker AAnd then, gee, now that I'm here in peace, what can I.
Speaker AWhat is it that I have sort of felt on the periphery to do and be that I want to sort of bring in to full focus and amplify and create in the world?
Speaker AWhat do I want to have show up as me in the world?
Speaker ADid I describe that perfectly?
Speaker BYeah, it's absolutely spot on.
Speaker AOkay, cool.
Speaker ASo I love what you do.
Speaker AAnd so my question was, how do you add good to the world?
Speaker AAnd you just said that this whole thing is answering that question.
Speaker ASo I do this thing that helps people experience and dissolve difficulties, past traumas, no matter what they were, create space that then peace can fill and then allow them to think sometimes, maybe for the first time, about what they really want to be unhindered by that negativity.
Speaker AAnd let's pour love on that until it grows and your confidence grows to be able to do it.
Speaker AIs that right?
Speaker BYeah, spot on.
Speaker AOkay, cool.
Speaker ASo now the question is, now I understand what you do.
Speaker AHow did you get there?
Speaker ALike, you didn't fall up that mountain, so nobody does.
Speaker AI mean, you know, it takes work.
Speaker AYou know, I play the.
Speaker AI played the piano since I was five and I've done a lot of performances and I play professionally, etc.
Speaker AEtc.
Speaker AAnd you don't fall up that mountain either.
Speaker ASo tell me how you climbed.
Speaker AWhat happened?
Speaker BYeah, I'd say It's been a 20 year journey.
Speaker BSo my background was as a philosopher and I grew up around academia.
Speaker BLike, my father's a renowned academic, so that was always part of the experience of Life and always being, asking big questions.
Speaker BSo it was kind of a natural fit for me to go into that realm.
Speaker BAnd I studied the nuances of the human condition, both in looking at the realms of politics and in looking at law up until the doctorate level.
Speaker BAnd when it was 2017 was when I didn't get my doctorate.
Speaker BAnd that was.
Speaker AWhy didn't you?
Speaker AWhat made you decide not to finish?
Speaker BWell, I.
Speaker BI know I submitted the PhD and I didn't.
Speaker BI didn't receive it.
Speaker BSo essentially what happen happened is at Oxford they have a thing called a viva, and you defended the thesis, and when it came back to getting the results, the results were something called a referral, which just basically meant, like, if you want to resubmit this, it's going to be, you know, a couple of years of work to be able to get it to a standard for it to be passed.
Speaker BAnd at that point, you know, my entire life was hinged on being an academic.
Speaker BIt was like, this is the only thing which makes me happy.
Speaker BThis is the only thing that I'm good at.
Speaker BSo if I'm not that, I'm no one.
Speaker BRight?
Speaker BSo the feelings of fear, failure, shame, suicidal ideation were very, very strong at that time point because I had this sense of having so much potential and I wasn't fulfilling it.
Speaker BAnd so that was horrifying to kind of go through.
Speaker BAnd, you know, after two years of my brother asking me to do some personal development, I finally said yes.
Speaker BAnd that was when I stepped into, in my case, the landmark forum in 2017.
Speaker BNot really knowing much about it, but I just trusted my brother.
Speaker BI thought, I've tried my way for two years, it's been horrendous.
Speaker BDon't think it can get any worse.
Speaker BSo I stepped out of that three and a half days or whatever it was with an entirely different perspective on who I was.
Speaker BAnd I saw philosophy from a different lens because I actually started to shift from the pessimist that I was to an optimist within those three and a half days.
Speaker BAnd I was like, oh, philosophy can actually be useful.
Speaker BIt's not just for, like the ivory tower kind of, you know, stuff.
Speaker BSo I started to see a new world.
Speaker BAnd I went through that, you know, that training for a number of years and got the opportunity to see, okay, there's a bigger version of me than I knew.
Speaker BLike, I wasn't interested in leadership back then.
Speaker BI thought leadership was something which was connected to authority, which is what I wrote about in politics.
Speaker BAnd I wasn't interested in that.
Speaker BSo it wasn't want to be a leader.
Speaker BAnd, you know, so that was.
Speaker BThere's a lot of stories which had to be reprogrammed for me to start to even consider of doing something which wasn't just about me, right?
Speaker BAnd then once I saw there was something bigger beyond me that was at stake and I actually was interested in that, that's when I started to work with leaders who actually were interested in that too.
Speaker BAnd I worked in a confidential role with someone who impacted tens of millions of lives.
Speaker BAnd every day you would go in, in an experience of being able to deal with your own humanity and see what was in the way of you being able to be effective in the role.
Speaker BAnd in that nine months that I was there, I left it thinking, if I can make this work in this notoriously challenging environment, then it's probably I can do anything.
Speaker BAnd so from there, I started my coaching business again.
Speaker BIt wasn't, you know, super successful, and I was frustrated because it's like, oh, I can't actually share who I worked with or anything like that.
Speaker BAnd I had to discover something beyond the version of needing something or someone's validation to be able to be a success.
Speaker BAnd it started to shift in 2022, when I was in a plant medicine journey, a guided plant medicine journey, and I wrote two pages of intentions down and everything showed up.
Speaker BEverything that was a problem or a fear showed up, and then it quickly dissolved in experiencing it.
Speaker BAnd then from that space, it was like a space of pure creativity.
Speaker BEssentially the same sort of space that I'm talking about when I work with people was the space that I was experiencing.
Speaker BSo, like, there was nothing in the space, so you can create anything.
Speaker BAnd so from my awareness, things came in like, oh, in a hallucinogenic state.
Speaker BI'm coaching the then Prime Minister of England, Boris Johnson.
Speaker BI'm, you know, talking to organizations in transformation and questioning the litigious nature of their organizations.
Speaker BI'm talking to a person who is an energy healer and talking about the quality of the lack of integrity of his programs.
Speaker BAnd then I get a much deeper message where imagine essentially doing snow angels on a floor in a room where there's people around you just making sure you're fine and saying, I'm here to heal all the bullshit in the world.
Speaker BAnd with these psychedelic journeys, you can choose how you go.
Speaker BYou could either go, oh, that was a nice trip, or whatever, or you could say, well, what's the wisdom in this?
Speaker BAnd for me, I went, well, it seems maybe there's something in the healing world that I meant to do.
Speaker BI'd already kind of felt a pull towards it, but I'd also been told by others, no, that's probably snake oil.
Speaker BYou should avoid that.
Speaker BSo I kind of listened to them and thought, no, this is just me being gullible again.
Speaker BSome old story of Sam.
Speaker BAnd when I did it this time, it basically entirely changed my life and it changed the paradigm, which I saw what was possible not just for me, but for others.
Speaker BAnd I started to get coached on the second day of this training on fear of success.
Speaker BAnd very quickly we were looking at, where is that located in the body?
Speaker BSo this is where I started to understand things at a somatic level.
Speaker BAnd I saw, oh, there's this real horrible pain in the left side of my torso, which has been there strangely since basically after the plant medicine journey.
Speaker BAnd in this space, I discovered I could essentially heal myself.
Speaker BSo I started to transmute the energy, and the energy ran all the way down my leg, about a foot beyond my feet, and then about a foot beyond my hands.
Speaker BAnd then I did something even stranger for me, which I started to speak in a different voice.
Speaker BI started to effectively channel, and I spoke to the person who was leading the program.
Speaker BI said, hey, I saw you in my plant medicine journey, did some of your business programs.
Speaker BYou're a great healer.
Speaker BWhy don't you focus on that?
Speaker BAnd he was really supportive.
Speaker BHe said, I've actually considered doing that, but I also love the healing.
Speaker BAnd I said, okay, great, carry on with what you're doing.
Speaker BBut that space of seeing how quickly, within seven minutes it would take to get someone to peace opened up an entirely new world of what was possible.
Speaker BBut I also saw there was something missing because it was focused on just healing something, but it wasn't actually showing the possibility, possibility of creation.
Speaker BSo I started to use what I understood about creating vision to help basically, you know, reverse engineer the process by taking the vision and then using the existing tools that I was now developing to be able to go and clear what was in the way of fulfilling the vision.
Speaker BBut then things got interesting again, where my own skepticism was around breath, like breath was one of the techniques which they talked about.
Speaker BBut I thought, this is.
Speaker BThis is snakeho.
Speaker BThis part doesn't mean anything.
Speaker BBut suddenly I was watching a video which is called tbot NFL.
Speaker BIf you ever look it up on commitment Steve Hardison on Google, you'll find this video.
Speaker BIt's a very powerful video as a way of creating yourself as a commitment, as A declaration.
Speaker BAnd every time I'd watched it, something had emerged.
Speaker BAnd on this particular time, I was watching it, it's about an hour and 36 minutes in, and I stopped it.
Speaker BAnd I felt an internal frustration.
Speaker BI was like, why can't I do for myself what I do for others?
Speaker BAnd in that moment, I just felt energy, you know, in my hands.
Speaker BI remember, like, rubbing my hands like this, and then my arms went out like this.
Speaker BAnd I've never done that in my life.
Speaker BIt was like the equivalent of like a Jesus on the Cross moment.
Speaker BAnd I could feel energy tingling in my hands.
Speaker BAnd the next time I worked with people, I started to have these breaths come through me from the torso all the way up through.
Speaker BAnd I used to describe people as like, this is almost like my mouth would look like Voldemort.
Speaker BIt was breathing through my mouth.
Speaker BBut the power of the breath was able to shift fear, clear physical pain in the body.
Speaker BAnd it was incredibly potent.
Speaker BAnd so that was the way that I developed it until I did another unusual experience which led to a clearing in my throat and I started to be able to use sound frequencies.
Speaker BSo there's been this evolution, almost like the upgrading of operating system across the time.
Speaker BAnd each time my ambition has just got stronger and stronger because I saw what's actually possible is, you know, way, way bigger than what I ever really realized before.
Speaker ASo that is a fascinating and interesting journey.
Speaker AWhat's interesting about it is the one thing leads to another process, right?
Speaker BYes.
Speaker AAnd something I want to make sure I hear or the listeners hear is this one thing doesn't lead to another unless you do the one thing.
Speaker ASo in other words, something happens to you, an idea occurs to you or an experience, and you say yes to that experience, and then you play with it, which is what allows it to lead you to another thing.
Speaker AThe upgrading of an operating system doesn't happen unless you upgrade the operating system.
Speaker AIn other words, you have to actually do the stuff.
Speaker AAnd we live in this sort of world, this download and double click and went.
Speaker AWe want to get right to the end zone.
Speaker ABut right now, right, we don't want to have to fight our way down the field or climb up the mountain or whatever the metaphor is, right?
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AWe don't want to do that work.
Speaker AWe just want it to happen.
Speaker AWhy do you suppose we all, to more and less degree, live with both the story and the reality of experiencing life far below what's possible?
Speaker BYeah, my own sense of it is it's just an evolutionary story, Right.
Speaker BIt's like, what was the level of consciousness which, you know, if there's 37 trillion cells, how many of those cells were already impacted before we even entered, you know, the world?
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BLike, I didn't know until a year or two ago how much of what I was experiencing was impacted by something which was beyond my own lifetime.
Speaker BLike, it wasn't something I was aware of.
Speaker BAnd most of us that I think are aware of that to the level that it is, right?
Speaker BIf you could trace any emotion, like, you know, if I work with a leader around overwhelm and start to feel into it, and I say, does this feel like yours, or does it feel like it's beyond you?
Speaker BIt feels like it's beyond me.
Speaker BAnd then in that moment, as I start to bring through this sound, which is a, you know, ancestral generational clearing sound, they basically connected with an experience of ancestors who were slaves.
Speaker BSo there was a lack of freedom in that capacity.
Speaker BThen they experienced the women who had basically felt a lack of freedom in their own life.
Speaker BAnd then it started to connect with their own life themselves once we cleared that and they could start to be free.
Speaker BAnd as they start to experience freedom, the overwhelm dissipates from that space.
Speaker BBut none of that was something I was aware of.
Speaker BSo I think most of us have a very.
Speaker BA general lack of awareness of truly what is creating our experience of life.
Speaker BAnd we don't have a say in it until we actually create that level of awareness.
Speaker BWe're just going in through a life in a way.
Speaker BWe think, oh, this is just the way things are.
Speaker BYou know, my way of describing is like, this was my lot in life.
Speaker BLike, I described myself as having anxiety until I was 31, from 3 to 3 to 31.
Speaker BAnd, you know, that was my lot in life, and my role was to manage it.
Speaker BAnd I think a lot of people experience themselves from that standpoint.
Speaker BBut in terms of why we have it that way and why we have this diminishing story, I think that's just an evolutionary aspect.
Speaker BSo the more we over time shift the consciousness of humanity, the less that's likely to be the way that people are born into the experience they're born into.
Speaker BAnd as you see, like, there a video on Instagram the other day, I was watching kids talk about frequency, and they were basically talking about God and frequency as one and the same.
Speaker BWasn't like God was a man up in the same for them.
Speaker BIt was just a frequency.
Speaker BIt's like, holy crap.
Speaker BLike, I would never have talked like that at Five or six years old.
Speaker BBut for them, that was just the most natural thing to express.
Speaker BSo to me, that's a reflection of a shift in consciousness which allows for a way of speaking and creating, which is unhinged.
Speaker BAnd there's possibilities of allowing those kind of kids to continue to foster that kind of expression.
Speaker BIf we continue to go down the path that we're going down.
Speaker AIt's interesting.
Speaker AAnd again, when.
Speaker AWhen you speak because of your experience and because of the work you do, it's.
Speaker AIt's dense, the idea of generational or cellular experience and trauma, if you will, but just the accumulation of experience, which is limiting.
Speaker AThe limiting accumulation of experience.
Speaker AAs you describe that.
Speaker AI thought of my own upbringing and that of probably everybody, but that the way that we experience life, whether we have or have not, whether there's fear or negativity, and we absorb all that energetically around us, whether it involves us or not, it's there.
Speaker AAnd if our parents have had that from their thing, you know, that becomes this massive accumulation of stuff that is just that, an accumulation of stuff.
Speaker AIt doesn't have anything to do with what is possible here and now.
Speaker AAnd being able to then experience that for what it is, an accumulation of stuff, and then let it go, because that's all it was anyway, is an accumulation of stuff.
Speaker AAnd then live in the emptiness of what is possible.
Speaker AThe openness by emptiness, not negatively, but the openness of what is possible.
Speaker AThe expanse of possibility.
Speaker AWhat is your most joyful?
Speaker ALike doing the work that you do?
Speaker AYou have to find people and work with them and everything.
Speaker AWhat is the thing that makes you experience just joy so that you feel joyful for no reason?
Speaker BSo just yesterday I was on a friend's balcony in Lisbon, and I think they were having a nap after New Year's.
Speaker BThey were a bit tired.
Speaker BSo I just.
Speaker BAll right, I'm gonna just enjoy the sunshine.
Speaker BBecause I live in London.
Speaker BThere's not a lot of sunshine in winter.
Speaker BSo I'm just enjoying the sunshine.
Speaker BAnd I closed my eyes, just allowing, like, basically grounding myself.
Speaker BAnd by grounding, I mean I was allowing my energy to ground into the earth, imagining that, like, there were roots coming into the base of my feet.
Speaker BAnd as I had my eyes closed, something happened which I'd never experienced before.
Speaker BLike, lots of different people have an experience where they.
Speaker BSometimes they'll see color energetically.
Speaker BI'd never seen that before, but this time I saw, with my eyes closed, this beautiful orange hue.
Speaker BAnd I was just, like, in awe.
Speaker BAnd I had to open My eyes a couple of times to make sure I wasn't just looking at the sky and was orange because I was almost confused by what was going on.
Speaker BAnd then other times, the field of vision would change to purple again, nothing I'd experienced before.
Speaker BAnd then I noticed I could also see the little molecules of air with my eyes closed.
Speaker BNow, usually I could do that with my eyes open.
Speaker BThey look like little pellets of bubbles, translucent.
Speaker BBut this time I could see them with my eyes closed.
Speaker BAnd then what happened is they actually changed color and they changed into almost like a blue or purple hue with the gold being in the background.
Speaker BSo for me, this was an extraordinary experience because it was like, oh, there's something awakening in me.
Speaker BAnd every time I noticed that there was like a desire to create something from it, I just, okay, let's sit back and just allow.
Speaker BBecause it's so easy to want to force an outcome or try to get somewhere, but this is actually an opportunity for me just to absorb and allow whatever's coming through from this space.
Speaker BSo that would be an example for me of something which was just an unbridled joy of experiencing being an environment in nature, which I don't usually take the time to do, and seeing what actually happens from the stillness.
Speaker AOne of the things we talk about, maybe babble about in the personal development universe that we're both in is the idea that two things.
Speaker AOne, we create our lives by what we say, what we think.
Speaker AWe literally create them by the thoughts and energy that we hold.
Speaker AAnd then as a corollary or a follow, an outcome of that is that you can create anything you want.
Speaker AAnything is possible.
Speaker AWould you talk about that a little bit?
Speaker ABecause I talk about that all the time.
Speaker AI believe it, I live it.
Speaker ABut I want to hear you discuss that.
Speaker AJust go ahead.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BI think for me, it's become clear that anything is possible just by witnessing the audaciousness of what people come to me with.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BLike the first time I thought, that's a really.
Speaker BThat's the most audacious thing someone's ever asked me.
Speaker BAnd they said, I want to be able to hold the energy of hundreds of millions of dollars, because I'm about to shift from, like, regular coaching to working with corporates where I need to be asking for, you know, seven figures, eight figure partnerships, like, just energy.
Speaker BLet's see what's there.
Speaker BAnd so we just went through the story.
Speaker BWe looked at all of the story around money that was there for them, and then we looked at anything that was there.
Speaker BAs a belief which would hold them back from me actually being able to walk in that corporate space.
Speaker BI think they had some beliefs about potentially being stupid or seen as being seen as stupid.
Speaker BSo we need to clear that.
Speaker BAnd then there was the actual experience of being able to ask for that.
Speaker BAnd at some point they got to a space where they said, Sam, it's too easy to ask for a seven figure partnership.
Speaker BCan you ask bigger numbers?
Speaker BOkay, when you think about asking for eight figures from this corporation, what do you feel in your body?
Speaker BAnd like, oh, I feel it here.
Speaker BIt was almost like filling a tank.
Speaker BAnd there was about a 30% capacity.
Speaker BSo what I worked with them in that particular session was just to be able to feel their capacity.
Speaker BSo that by the time, you know, you know, there was no uncomfortability about asking for that note, that sort of number, it was just like, oh, I could ask for anything.
Speaker BAnd so from that experience I started to think, okay, well if that's possible for them, right, what's possible for everyone, what's possible for anyone around their own financial capacity.
Speaker BLike the ceiling is just an imaginary ceiling.
Speaker BSo what we need to do is just to work on anything which is blocking them from being able to have what they truly want or what they desire.
Speaker BAnd let's shortcut the time that it takes to be able to produce that result.
Speaker BAnd so for me, people come and say like, I want to create something which is going to impact the entire cosmos.
Speaker BAnd my job isn't to judge it or to say that's not possible.
Speaker BMy job is just to say, okay, let's see what's there, let's see what's there and see what's in the way of you actually being able to create that.
Speaker BAnd I've got no attachment to whether you have this thing because it might not be aligned, but if it's aligned, let's create the space from within you to see what's possible.
Speaker BSo that's the way I play with it.
Speaker BI have a very playful approach.
Speaker BEven when it's dealing with something serious, like trauma or even abuse.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BYou don't.
Speaker BIf you create a really heavy and serious approach, it doesn't create safety, it creates the opposite.
Speaker BSo you want to actually create a space for people to feel okay, just to be exactly as they are, but also not to add to the tension that's already there around the idea to make them feel more like, I can't deal with this.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BSo that's, that's been, my approach is just to really be very Playful about whatever someone wants to call in and if it's aligned, you know, be the space someone described as a resonant sounding board for their wisdom to come through.
Speaker BSo that's for me, what the infinite space of possibility looks like.
Speaker BWe're clearing a space for their wisdom to come through.
Speaker BAnd that comes through most easily when we amplify the frequency of love.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BNot just love for oneself, but love for their ancestors.
Speaker BSo if someone has a really extraordinary legacy, what I'll often do is I'll get them to connect with the energy which is ancestral, which is around all the experiences that their ancestors had gone through, which had allowed for them to be born, which is allowing them to step into a moment where they're transmuting that and then stepping into an entirely different paradigm for what it is to be human.
Speaker BAnd that gratitude, we already know gratitude scientifically has such a powerful impact.
Speaker BBut when you add resonance to gratitude, oh my God, it's like amplifies it in this exponential way.
Speaker BSo this is another way that I would say to be able to just bring them feel, you know, into a space of infinite possibility.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker ASo the language that you're using and the words describe a situation you talked earlier, maybe it was in this episode or maybe it was before, about using your voice in a particular way to do that.
Speaker AAnd in your own experience, you've experienced the deepening of voice and other kinds of things.
Speaker ASo what is.
Speaker AWhat do you mean?
Speaker AWhat does that mean?
Speaker AYou talk about ancestral voice and, you know, all these different sounds.
Speaker ATell me a little bit more about that.
Speaker BSure.
Speaker BSo, and it's all been a discovery based process for me.
Speaker BSo what the.
Speaker BThe journey of sound as it started, you know, I like to describe, it's a bit like a boy going through puberty where their voice starts to break so suddenly I could make this sound where it would start, like a really, like, bass sound, and then it would go up to like a high pitch, almost like a chorister in terms of its frequency.
Speaker BAnd It'll be about 15 seconds, it would just go up and down and in that time it would release something or it would create more light within someone.
Speaker BAnd then from there I was, you know, I worked with someone because I hired them to be able to help me work on transforming group consciousness.
Speaker BAnd I didn't know whether that was truly possible, but I had a sense it was.
Speaker BAnd she said, yeah, we can do that.
Speaker BWe just need to be able to expand your capacity beyond your physical body.
Speaker BAnd so from that experience, what happened is the richness of the sound amplified.
Speaker BAnd as a consequence of that, the potency of the results also amplified.
Speaker BAnd the effortlessness for me of being able to create the sound amplified as well.
Speaker BAnd so what happened was I kept going through these different spaces where the texture of sound changed.
Speaker BAnd as the texture of sound changed, I started to see, oh, wait, it's not just like this up and down sound.
Speaker BThere's also this melodic aspect which wants to come through.
Speaker BSo just to give you some context, the reason that I use the melodic sounds that I do now is because I did a.
Speaker BWhat's called a, basically a past life regression.
Speaker BAnd what that meant was I went through an experience which connected me with something which I wasn't aware aware of beyond my own experience of life.
Speaker BAnd in this particular situation, I got connected with something which felt like it was about 3,000 years ago in, you know, ancient China, and I was a woman with a healing sound.
Speaker BAnd it seemed like they really didn't like that.
Speaker BThey killed me.
Speaker BAnd from that space, I connected with, oh, I might have died, but the etheric body lived on.
Speaker BSo basically the energy lived on because the energy doesn't die, so has to just go somewhere else.
Speaker BAnd in that moment, I started to make this oriental sound, which was like a melody, and I'd never done that before.
Speaker BAnd I started to train myself to be able to recreate that and to build the practice of, okay, there's something I've captured here.
Speaker BAnd it seems like it's often capturing the emotion of sadness.
Speaker BSo what if then when people are experiencing emotions, I could actually look at what is the emotion which is behind what's expressed, experienced in the body.
Speaker BAnd if it's anger, then we're bringing through a sound which is a representation of that, so we can transmute it.
Speaker BIf it's sadness, we're bringing through a sound which is a representation of that, so we can clear it.
Speaker BAnd then as I got deeper into the practice, I discovered, oh, I can now simply make sounds which represent something which is ancestral.
Speaker BAnd these sounds would sound almost shamanic or tribal Indian.
Speaker BI bet other people describe them as whale sounds because whale, that's what they had references and associations with whale music when they grew up.
Speaker BSo that's what comes through for them.
Speaker BBut that's what has happened each time there's been a journey where there's a shift in what the sound and the resonance has gone with.
Speaker BI've been able to tune in intuitively to something was like, oh, this has an impact in this space.
Speaker BLet Me try that out and test out whether that's actually accurate.
Speaker BI get the biofeedback from within the sessions with the clients and they're like, yeah, this is what's happening.
Speaker BOh, this is what just happened.
Speaker BFor instance, I remember making like a six minute audio which was about ancestral clearing.
Speaker BSent it to a few people and they would send me the most wild responses of what this six minute video had done.
Speaker BLike, one of them was Israeli, obviously going through horrific times around the wars there.
Speaker BAnd they said this.
Speaker BI was holding the energy of Israel around war, right?
Speaker BAnd this allowed me to let that go.
Speaker BI was just blown away.
Speaker BLike, I had no idea that something like that could have that kind of impact.
Speaker AYou know what this reminds me of?
Speaker AThere's a.
Speaker AThere's a.
Speaker AI did a television series called Creative Save the world of 10 episodes, and I'm going to do season two one of these days.
Speaker AAnd one of the people that was a guest on that first series was a woman who did sound healing.
Speaker AAnd she did it some with her voice, but she also had, you know, sound bowls of different frequencies and all that sort of thing to create sounds, to do the same kind of thing.
Speaker AAnd it feels like you're describing a similar thing, only you're using only your voice as opposed to instruments or bowls or other kinds of things.
Speaker ABut it all focuses on the ability to identify and connect with particular sound frequencies, to both connect to the emotion, allow it to be experienced, allow it to go away, connect with creative power and build it with resonance like you described with gratitude.
Speaker ADoes that make sense?
Speaker BAbsolutely.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BLike, the reason I don't describe this sound healing is because my own focus is not so much on healing, but on creating.
Speaker BSo I think we, you know, by focusing only on the healing, we misunderstand our own creative power.
Speaker BBecause for me, it's always a question, what do you want to create with that from that new space that you're in?
Speaker BLike, if your answer is I just want peace, okay, great.
Speaker BBut, you know, from that state, you can create anything, so you may as well look, right.
Speaker AI totally get it.
Speaker AI totally get it.
Speaker AIt's.
Speaker AYou know, sometimes people ask about the difference between a counselor or a shrink and coaching.
Speaker AAnd I always use the metaphor or the example of a doctor.
Speaker AIf I break my leg, I go to the doctor, get the bone set, but I don't keep going to the doctor.
Speaker AIf I want to go to the Olympic podium, I've got to get somebod that lets me go from my leg's okay now to what is the possibility with my capability.
Speaker AAnd so that's how I'm hearing what you're saying.
Speaker BTotally.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BLike, for me, what I see this technology can actually do is help us solve the world's biggest problems.
Speaker BBecause what's in the way so often is that we're trying to figure it out.
Speaker BAnd if we're trying to figure it out, we're relying on the cognitive mind rather than our own genius.
Speaker BSo if you actually were able to connect with your own genius and you already are someone who's trying to solve a really big problem for humanity, then this is an access point to being able to see a way which doesn't come from the space of, oh, can I really do that?
Speaker BI'm not sure it's gonna work.
Speaker BWill people believe this?
Speaker BYou know, no, this is too hard.
Speaker BDo I have the resources?
Speaker BAll the other crap that's in the way of actually being able to.
Speaker BTo fulfill on the thing gets dissolved.
Speaker BAnd then from that space is like, oh, I can do it this way.
Speaker BAnd you can do this both with a macro approach where someone's coming in with like, here's my audacious vision for humanity over the next five years, or you can do it with the most micro thing.
Speaker BLike, I need to be able to scale my ad strategy.
Speaker BI'm really frustrated with the fact that these people don't understand my business like I do.
Speaker BAnd it's like, okay, well, let's find the aligned strategy energetically within, which shows you the way.
Speaker BAnd whether it's ads or not, you'll figure it out.
Speaker BBut we're just gonna.
Speaker BThat's gonna show up from this space of clearing all the frustrations that are there.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BAnd then in the moment, we can create and activate you, experiencing the approach that you take and speaking it into existence.
Speaker BSo that's.
Speaker BThat's my way of doing it.
Speaker ASo I love that I want you to take a minute now or a couple minutes or whatever.
Speaker AI'm sure that there are going to be people that hear this that say, gee, I'd like to know more.
Speaker AI'd like to find out something.
Speaker ASo I don't know if you've written books or if you have programs or ways that people can find you.
Speaker ATell us about that.
Speaker BSure.
Speaker BSo there's a couple of things.
Speaker BThe first thing is that I am in the process of building a platform which is around optimizing the human condition.
Speaker BAnd what that will look like is basically any of the challenges which people deal with.
Speaker BWe're looking to be able to transmute this through a series of sound journeys utilizing neuro resonance optimization.
Speaker BSo that's something which is in the works for 2025.
Speaker BAnd this is something where across the next 10 years, we see the possibility of impacting a billion lives or more.
Speaker BSo that's one thing I'll say.
Speaker BWe've already created a short series of programs which will already facilitate that experience.
Speaker BAnd we're looking at being able to partner with different kinds of organizations who want to bring this in to transform the ideas of workplace wellness.
Speaker BCreating Ease Flow for your, not just for your clients, but also for your, all your employees.
Speaker BYou know, this is an idea where instead of flow being something where it takes action to create flow, flow is a prior state which you experience in the body and then from that state you operate from flow.
Speaker BSo this is something which I see as revolutionizing what people have thought about as the whole state of flow.
Speaker BAnd then in terms of where people can find me, I have a company called Soul Purpose Leaders, SOL, as in S O U L.
Speaker BAnd it is solepurposeleaders.com My name, Sam Cookathus.
Speaker BThere is no other Sam in the world, so it's easy to find me from that standpoint.
Speaker BAnd.
Speaker BAnd then you can find me on social media as well, either at Sam Cookathus or sole purpose leaders solepurposeleader.com or.
Speaker ALeaders plural.com leaders.com solepurposeleaders.com and that's fabulous.
Speaker AAnd do you put up YouTube videos or those kinds of things or not?
Speaker BI've done some YouTube videos, but it's not been where I've primarily put my attention, but it's something that I'm looking at in 2025.
Speaker BBoth, to be honest.
Speaker AYeah, I was just curious about where, you know, where people might find you talking about or doing something so they can see more.
Speaker BAnd yeah, like, I've done a series of podcasts and I'll be doing a lot more of that.
Speaker BBut I often also facilitate in unusual spaces.
Speaker BSo I facilitate in places like Antarctica, the pyramids of Egypt, Cuba, on a boat for a friend's 40th birthday.
Speaker BYou know, I'm about to go back to LA, I think, to.
Speaker BTo do another retreat.
Speaker BSo I'm always being invited to these kinds of experiences as well.
Speaker BSo people are looking to be able to bring a very unique form of quantum leadership into their programs.
Speaker BOr if they're looking to bring something into retreat space, then that's also something that I do.
Speaker ASam, thanks for sharing your journey, your wisdom and your invitation with us today.
Speaker AI appreciate that.
