Recognizing the Need for Change, #559

In this episode, I talk about the road to change. Yesterday we talked about how we easily lose the innate joy of childhood and the capacity to believe that anything is truly possible. We’re force-fed all kinds of nonsense and limit ourselves because of that. Somewhere we need to really want to change.

So what is it that has to happen to make us want to change?e When do we get fed up enough to say “no more.” It is so easy to continue down the road well-traveled and believe that nothing better is available. Then when we do believe for a minute, we come up against our internal stories and the pile of old stories from the past that tell us what we can’t do. We must do whatever it takes to get past that.
